Shipping of products

Shipping and Handling
Our physical products will be posted within 3 working days of the order being placed.

We use Australia Post as our service, and our mail is sent from regional NSW. Some orders can take 7 to 10 days to arrive. WA customers can take up to 2 weeks.

Product Shipping Costs

Downloadable items have no shipping costs.

Cost of printed books includes shipping within Australia.

Privacy & Safety

We will not share your information with others. We do not store your credit card details on our site. Stripe is used for our financial transactions.

The ebooks and resources in all courses are copyrighted. Apart from any fair dealing for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review as permitted under the Copyright Act, no part may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without prior permission.

These courses have been provided at a low cost to make it accessible to all. Please do not illegally reproduce copies.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for ebooks and PDFs. This is common practice, as these items once downloaded are not returnable.

If you wish to return a physical product received through the mail then you can within 30 days. Postage is at your expense and the books must be returned undamaged for a full refund.

We send our physical products in mint condition with adequate packaging. If they are damaged through the postal service we would like to know. Please send us a photo and we will consider replacing the item or giving you a full or partial refund.
